Strongest tubing joints depend on precisely cut tubing. Trying to fill a poor joint with a thick weld bead not only looks bad, but can lead to disastrous joint failure. These tubing notchers can help make tight, precise joints in tubing up to 2" in diameter. Deluxe Tubing Notcher features a billet aluminum construction, double axis mounting base (easily bolts to drill press or workbench), 1 degree scale and indicator. Hole saws are not included but are available in Hole Saw Kit (28003) that includes 1", 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", and 1 1/2".
