Air Powered Flange/Punch Tool - One side of the double-action head produces.040" offset flanges on up to 20 gauge metal for clean welding with little grinding. The other side produces perfectly clean 3/16" dia. holes, ideal for plug welding. Unique swivel-head design lets you work from almost any angle. Punches metal up to 14 gauge. Requires 4 cfm @ 90 psi. imported.
